Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition with all packaging and certificates. Custom or engraved pieces are not eligible for return unless defective. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Exchange requests must be made within the return window and are subject to availability.
