Shipping
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Express delivery and will be insured up to the value of the item. Please note that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. These import taxes apply only when shipping outside of the UK. For international deliveries we use Parcelforce Express or DHL, and will be insured within the value of the delivery.
UK delivery: 10£
Internation delivery: 40£
Every piece of jewellery is handmade by Martina in his London studio, the lead-time for Made to Order pieces is 4-8 weeks. Bespoke pieces can take from 1-4 months depending on the complexity of the project. If you need your piece sooner, please email hello@martinakocianova.comand we can discuss your deadline.
All Ready to Ship/One-off pieces items listed on the website will be shipped within 1 week of purchase but please do let us know if you need it right away and we will do our best to accommodate.
Packaging
All pieces over 600£ come in mushroom wooden box or a mycelium mushroom box and a linen pouch. Pieces under 600£ will come in a branded paper box. If the piece is a surprise for someone as let us know we can customise the packaging.

Refunds
We offer a credit for any other jewellery piece within 30 days of purchase. This applies for all Ready to Ship pieces in their original condition and that have had no personalisation or alteration to the original design. Any item that is altered to a specific customer request is non-refundable, this includes all Made to Order pieces, Bespoke items and any Ready to Ship pieces that have had additional personalisations at the customers request.
Bespoke commissions or any jewellery altered to a customer request are exempt from any refund.
Includes resizing, engraving and personalised designs.

Warranty
There is a one year repair warranty at Martina Kocianova . This covers craftsmanship faults only, the warranty does not cover wear and tear from regular use or loss of an item. In order to consider a warranty claim, we will need to see the piece in person to verify the claim. Within UK the shipping is for free, if international shipping applies it is 40£.
Please note that it is the customers' responsibility to accurately confirm their ring size. If an error is made, and your piece needs re-sizing or re-making, then there will be a fee of £60. To start this process, we require the ring to be unworn and in perfect condition.
* We do not repair works that have been badly treated or broke due to their missuse. We always suggest that pieces carved from stones or with plating should occasion wear only *
